Shipping policy

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
• Local Pickup: Ready within 24 hours (Free)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and destination.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by your country’s customs office.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
BareSea Minerals & Co Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim is resolved.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
• P.O. Boxes
• APO/FPO addresses
• Certain restricted countries
If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you and issue a refund if necessary.
