REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your BareSea Minerals products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and unopened  
• In their original packaging  
• In the same condition you received them  
• Include proof of purchase or order number

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us first at:

Include your order number and reason for return.  
If approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

• Damaged  
• Defective  
• Incorrect  
• Missing

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used skincare products  
• Sale or discounted items  
• Gift cards  
• Custom or special-order products

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.

5. Exchanges

WWe do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Items must still be unused and in original condition.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to process refunds.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
